This policy describes which personal data are processed when this website is visited, when contact is made and when an appointment is booked. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Which data are processed
- When the website is visited: technical details every browser sends (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). The hosting provider processes them to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.
- Visitor statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views with a small script from Cloudflare, without cookies and without profiles of individuals.
- When contact is made by phone, WhatsApp or email: the details shared, such as name, phone number and the request.
- When booking online: Booking runs through Treatwell, where name, contact details and the requested appointment are entered.
No cookies, no form
This website sets no cookies and has no contact form. If you pick light or dark with the switch, your browser keeps that choice ("light" or "dark") on your own device; it is never sent anywhere and is removed with the site data in your browser. Apart from Cloudflare's statistics script it loads no third-party content; maps, reviews and booking only open through a link.

Disclosure abroad
Cloudflare, Google and Meta also process data in the USA. The Swiss Federal Council recognises companies certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as recipients with adequate data protection; where that does not apply, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses in the version recognised by the FDPIC ensure protection.
According to its own information, Treatwell also discloses data to the USA and Israel, based on adequacy decisions and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Personal data are kept only as long as the purpose requires or the law demands.
Rights of the persons concerned
Persons concerned can request information about their data, have them corrected or deleted, object to their processing and ask for their data to be handed over. Requests go to [email protected]. Complaints can be made to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
